What a coin is

Start here, because everything else follows from it. An Amberparlour coin is a counter in a browser game. It is given to you free, it is worth nothing, and it stays worth nothing. It is not currency, not credit, not property, not a prize and not a right. You cannot buy one, sell one, cash one out, send one to anybody or swap one for money, goods, services, entries or any other thing of value — not here and not anywhere else. Nobody offering to trade Amberparlour coins has anything to do with us.

We may add, adjust, reset or remove coins, balances, levels and features whenever we need to, including while you are playing.

Who may come in

Adults aged 18 or over. Using the site confirms that you are one, and we may restrict access where we reasonably believe you are not. Amberparlour is aimed at the United Kingdom; if you play from elsewhere, compliance with your local law is on you.

What we publish about the game

We state a coin return, a hit frequency and a free-spin frequency for Deco Nights. Those are results of simulating the game as shipped, over the number of spins stated on the page. They describe long-run behaviour of this free game only. They are not a promise about your session, your evening or your luck, and they say nothing whatsoever about any real-money product anywhere. A run of two hundred spins with nothing in it is entirely consistent with every number we publish.

Nothing is stored for you

There is no account and no server-side save. Your balance, level and statistics sit in your browser's local storage, so clearing that storage deletes them for good. We hold no copy and cannot restore anything for anyone. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Conduct

Do not run bots or automated tooling against the site, attempt to disrupt or overload it, advertise coins for sale, pass off a modified copy of the client as Amberparlour, misrepresent game outcomes to other people, use the site unlawfully, or let anyone under 18 play. Reading the client-side code for your own interest is welcome; we publish it unobfuscated precisely so it can be read.

Availability, and when things break

The site is offered "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including any game, at any moment and without warning. A malfunction voids all plays and pays — and because coins have no value, that settles it in both directions: nothing is owed to you and nothing is owed to us.

Our material

The Amberparlour name, branding, game design, artwork and written content belong to us or are licensed to us. Do not reproduce or redistribute them commercially without our permission.

Where we send you

The only outbound links on this site point to independent gambling-support organisations, and we neither control nor take responsibility for what those sites contain. We carry no gambling advertising, no operator banners and no affiliate links of any kind, and we take no commission from anyone.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, and given the service is free with nothing of value at stake, we exclude liability for lost coins, balances, levels, progress or data, and for indirect or consequential loss arising out of using the site. None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Law, and changes to these terms

The law of England and Wales governs these terms and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction, save that residents of Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings locally.
